- 1st stage: The Application Form
- 2nd stage: Telephone Interview
- 3rd stage: Day/Week Trial
Successful candidates will undergo an orientation period, with regular performance reviews. After a year, employees are entitled to participate in our profit sharing scheme: ‘Earning to Love it at the Lovat’.
We operate an open culture with a flat structure. We all pull our weight and help each other out as no job is beneath us. We have respect for each other and ourselves and this shines through in our employee and customer satisfaction surveys.
All team members take ownership of their actions, delegate job roles accordingly and work together as a team. Most of the time things run smoothly but if they don’t then we talk about it to make sure we all learn from our mistakes.
