Where are you from?
- I was born and raised in the city Chalon-sur-Saône in eastern France.
What brought you to The Lovat?
- A friend of mine worked here before and recommended the experience. My main objective here in the UK is to improve my English to help me with my courses at business school.
What is your favourite part of the job?
- The job gives me the opportunity to learn new things that I can use in the future.
What part of the job do you least enjoy?
- I'm not a huge fan of the kitchen porter role.
What are your future aspirations?
- Once I have passed my business school course, I would like to be involved in event management. Or completely change fields and become an actor.
What do you like to do with your free time?
- I like watching movies, taking part in sport - I play a lot of rugby at home, spending time with my friends an family.
What would you recommend guests do in the area?
- I would recommend they visit the surrounding towns and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I would also advise they take a boat trip on Loch Ness.
