Madeleines
Chefs are known for keeping their recipes under lock and key, but we've managed to get the ingredients and method for our afternoon tea staple, our Madeleines.
Homemade daily in our kitchen, our Madeleines are a key element to the Station Road twist on the traditional afternoon tea.
Ingredients for x20

100g sugar
-
1 egg
-
30g milk
-
35 plain flour
-
6g baking powder
-
60g melted butter
Method
1. Mix all Ingredients together and rest overnight in the fridge.
2. Fill molds halfway to allow rise.
3. Bake at 180° for 8 minutes
