Reporting to Front of House Manager
Responsible for the drinks menus, orders, stock, GPs, cocktail creations, training of food and beverage service team
Assist in the daily operation of the department, working directly with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Front of House Manager and food and beverage team to drive all daily procedures to ensure an execution of quality and efficiency throughout service. Design seasonally inspired drinks to complement the hotel’s essence, and the kitchen menus, with creativity, innovation and influence from our local environment – using foraged ingredients and creating cocktails that tell a story. Direct the bar’s activities to maintain high standards as well as uphold a consistent and exemplary guest and employee experience.
