Reporting to Head Chef
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, back of house areas, stock control, waste management, general food preparation
Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the hotel by applying skills and attributes to all areas of service that require your involvement. Day to day responsibilities will be required of you so it is essential that these are fulfilled and completed to their ultimate potential, working closely with the kitchen and front of house and often maintenance and housekeeping. Most importantly you must work to ensure that all customers receive the highest level of attention, service & care.
- Keeping on top of cleanliness back of house
- Assisting the kitchen team pre, during and post service with food preparation
- Working efficiently to maintain standards of cleanliness and organisation
