Office Manager

Reporting to Front of House Manager

Responsible for Office team, new staff arrivals, functionality meetings, guest arrivals and departures, sales, reservations, purchases and invoicing

Your Purpose

Oversee the daily operation and management of the front and back office, working directly with the hotel team and in partnership with management to drive all procedures to ensure success in line with business ambitions.  Direct the hotel’s activities to maintain high standards, maximise sales as well as uphold a consistent and exemplary guest and employee experience.

  • Office Organisation
  • Invoicing 

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the following 3 functions as part of our Functionality Chart

  • Finance
  • Legal
  • Purchases
