Reporting to Office Manager
Responsible for guest enquiries, guest arrivals, guest checkouts, sales, departmental communication and reservations
Contribute to the smooth daily operation of the front and back office, working directly with the hotel team and in partnership with management to drive all procedures to ensure success in line with business ambitions. Direct the hotel’s activities to maintain high standards, maximise sales as well as uphold a consistent and exemplary guest and employee experience.
