Responsible for leading the whole team, control orders and stock, oversee the overall kitchen standards and team knowledge of dishes and ingredients

Your Purpose

Help lead and nurture the dynamic team by producing some incredible seasonally inspired dishes to wow our discerning guests and 100k Instagram followers! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • On a daily basis, carefully direct and support the team, on each section and with their ordering and stock control 
  • Conduct the morning meeting and communicate effectively with each team member
  • Exemplary knowledge of dishes, cooking and presentation on all sections
